Laurie Schink
Hi! My name is Laurie Schink, and I am one of the Student Success Coaches at SSAE! This is my fourth year working with our fabulous staff and students, and I'm so grateful to be a part of such an amazing team! One of my favorite things about working for Springs Studio is how each student is appreciated for who they are and can learn at their level in a very warm, caring, and safe environment.
A little bit about me is I grew up in Racine, WI with my parents, older sister, and brother for 21 years and after meeting my husband, moved to Albuquerque, NM for a few years before landing in CO. We moved to Falcon in 2004, where we began raising our two wonderful children who are now 18 and 16. Our son graduated from Falcon High School last year and is currently attending Colorado Mesa University. Our daughter is currently a Junior at Falcon High School. Both are actively involved in Track and Field, and I love every opportunity I get to watch them compete! We enjoy exploring all of Colorado's beauty, vacationing, spending time with our big family and friend group, or just relaxing by our fire pit in our backyard with our doggie, Otis.
I thoroughly enjoy working with kids of all ages! I started my career as a preschool teacher, after earning my Associates Degree in Early Childhood and Development, and assisted in all of their areas of development until having the privilege of being able to be a stay at home Mom and be involved in the PTA at my kid’s school. My goal is to instill joy and positivity in the lives of all kids; I am fortunate to be around. I believe that relationship building and social/emotional development are the keys to success & happiness. Thank you for trusting me in helping with the growth and accomplishments of your most precious treasures.
