The Performance Excellence team supports the District by developing and providing in-depth reporting across all departments and zones via consultation with senior leaders and by performing data collection and analysis, visual representation, and reporting of results data.  In addition, the team supports the District's commitment to Performance Excellence through our commitment to our Culture and Strategy of Continuous Improvement (CSCI), specifically in supporting our work with the Baldrige Framework.

Every month, all D49 departments and zones gather and report on data reflecting progress toward their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  This information is produced and made available for your convenience to review and be made aware of the specific and overall performance within the district.
