• We are excited about the 2024-2025 school year!  Check the files to the right of this post for all the documents that must be completed and signed to pick up your schedule.  We will have all the forms available at the event to sign, but you can save time by printing and signing prior to attending.

    During the Schedule Pick Up you will complete the following:

    -Take Fall Pictures & Get Your School ID 

    - Pay School Fees ($20 Supply, $10 Activity & $30 Tech Fee School Supplies)* 

       *Band/Orchestra fee is $25 if your child is taking that as an elective

    - Pick up Class Schedule 

    - Buy School Spirit Items 

    - Pre Order a Yearbook

    - Check out your Chromebook (all students are required to have a computer to use at school and at home, chromebooks will be checked out by the school and assigned to students to use at home and school)

    In order to receive a computer, your parent/guardian must attend with you and sign a form.

    July 23:  8th grade from 830-11:30am

                    7th grade 12:30-3pm

    July 24: 6th Grade

                         9:00-10:00 Last Names A-F

                         10:00-11:00 Last Names G-O

                         11:00-12:00 Last Names P-Z

                  Open to Everyone 3:00-6:00pm

     

    As a FINAL REMINDER
    Vaccinations prior to 6th grade - Per Colorado State Law, all students MUST have a Tdap vaccination or
    Certificate of Exemption before entering the 6th grade.

    Students at Horizon Middle School WILL NOT be able to pick up their schedules in July without documentation of the Tdap vaccination or a certificate of exemption.
