Cafeteria and school stage: $60.00 per hour
Classrooms: $25.00 per hour
Fields: $30.00 per hour
Gymnasium: $50.00 per hour
Parking Lot: $30.00 per hour

HIGH SCHOOLS
Auditorium: $120.00 per hour
– requires a stage technician unless specified otherwise in the rental agreement
contract
School Stage Technician: $15.00 per hour
- 2 dressing rooms included
Set Up/Strike Time for Auditorium: $35.00 per hour
Baseball Field: $30.00 per hour
Cafeteria/Stage and Commons: $80.00 per hour
Classrooms: $25.00 per hour
Gymnasium: $50.00 per hour
Parking Lot: $30.00 per hour
Tennis Courts: $30.00 per hour
Outside Areas: $30.00 per hour
Stadiums To be negotiated based on event

COSTS OF OPERATION
The operational cost of each facility will be determined individually depending on the
characteristic of the facility, the use and similar criteria.
Facilities used for tournaments To be negotiated based on event
Custodial Overtime $35.00 per hour
Snow Removal $55.00 per hour – 1 hour minimum

BILLING
Payments are required as specified in the rental agreement.
District 49 requires a 30-day notice prior to cancellations.
Please pay by check of money order, payable to El Paso County School District 49.
Checks returned by the bank will be referred to collections.
No space can be reserved until a facility agreement has been signed and returned to
the District.

NOTES
All facilities will be ready 15 minutes before contracted time.
Lessors are expected to vacate areas 15 minutes after contracted time.
Overtime fees will be charged if facility is not vacated by the specified allowance time.
Personnel fees are billed for coverage outside normal custodial hours.
Ropes courses, climbing walls, and weight rooms are not available for rental.
Field use is subject to closure due to overuse, water restrictions, and maintenance.
