Mondays & Fridays (5:01-7:01 pm)

Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (5:31-7:01 pm)

Weight Certification Nov 1 & 2 (3:00-5:30 pm)

Open practices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays (4:00 - 5:30 pm) in the VRHS Wrestling Room to explore joining our wrestling team
