Hello! I'm the 3D art teacher and this is my first year here at FMS. I'm originally from Indiana, and I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Art Education from Ball State University. I moved to Colorado to be closer to my brother, who lives north of Denver. 

While I love all forms of art, I'm especially passionate about ceramics, sculpture, and textile arts (which means that this is a dream position for me!). I love teaching art to others, and I love creating art myself. Teaching middle school art has been extremely rewarding, and I am looking forward to doing so for many years to come. 

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy hiking with my two dogs, Maggy and Dot. I am a huge animal lover, and along with my dogs I have a rabbit and an axolotl. 

I'm looking forward to a great year at Falcon Middle School!
