Welcome to the Falcon High School Library/Media Center!

My name is Valerie Hosier and I have managed the FHS Library/Media Center for the past 6 years.  I am originally from Northwest Indiana, but I have lived in many other states due to my husband's military career.  I have 2 grown children and a grandson that I adore.

I am here to assist you with selecting books to read as well as provide resources for papers or projects.  The library has fiction/non-fiction books and textbooks for checkout, plus a small 28-station computer lab.  

If you have forgotten the password to your student accounts (Google, computer login, Schoology or PowerSchool), come by to fill out a pink Password Reset Form and I can reset it for you.

Need to check out a Chromebook for the school year?  I can help you with that too!  In order to receive a Chromebook, you will need to bring in a signed 24/25 Chromebook Agreement Form.  Blank copies are available in the front office as well as in the Media Center.

Lost your student ID?  After you pay $5 at the Fees window in the front office, bring your receipt to the Media Center and I will print out a replacement ID for you.

The Media Center is open from 7:20am - 3:15pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30am-3pm on Friday.  The Media Center is closed for B Lunch every day (12:30pm-1pm) and during 8th period on Gold days.
