• TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS AT FALCON HIGH SCHOOL

    Please use the following instructions to request a Falcon High School Transcript:

    Please note, Falcon High School's Spring Break is March 18-29. Transcript requests submitted by Noon on 3/15/24 will be fulfilled by close of business that day.  Requests submitted after Noon on 3/15/24 will be fulfilled by close of business April 2, 2024.

    Requesting a transcript for a CURRENT FHS Student:

    Please utilize the following Google Form and allow 1-2 business days to process the request.

     Requesting a transcript for a FORMER FHS Student:

    There is a $5 fee to request official transcripts for alumni. The fee can be paid with cash, check, or money order payable to Falcon High School. Requests with payment receipt can be mailed to:
