Hello! I am the Gifted Education Teacher/Coordinator for MRES. This is my 20th year in education; I spent 11 years at Falcon Middle School teaching English, followed by 6 years at FMS as the Gifted Education Teacher before moving to MRES. I am originally from Michigan; I completed my undergraduate degree in education at Central Michigan University before moving to Colorado to teach. I attended the University of Northern Colorado (Greeley), earning my Master's Degree in Gifted Education.

My husband and I are both teachers in the Falcon Zone; we have two boys, both at Meridian Ranch Elementary School. We are both Falcon-Zone lifers, having both spent our entire teaching careers in D49.
