Welcome to Skyview Middle School! Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Chelsey Woodard. I am honored to be serving as one of the 8th grade Social Studies Teachers. I look forward to meeting my students this year! I am a native of Colorado Springs, and previously I have taught 6th, 7th and 8th grade. 

I love spending time with my husband and three sons, Emmitt, Hendrick, and Easton. I love anything and everything to do with Disney, Harry Potter and Stranger Things! My family and I love to go boating during the summer months! 

I am grateful and honored to be a part of your child's educational journey. You and your child are now part of the Skyview Team and I welcome any feedback or concerns you may have. 

I strongly believe relationships are critical for the success of my students or, as I like to call them, my kids. My goal is to create a classroom culture that is safe, fun and innovative.
