I am looking forward to another year of 7th graders in Language Arts! I enjoy hearing their ideas and watching their growth over the school year, and getting to share my love for reading and writing with them. I also appreciate their humor and expanding personalities. As a daughter of a retired teacher, I have grown up in the world of education and am happy to be a part of it. I have worked closely in the Colorado Springs schools for the past 12 years. Skyview has added to my own growth as a teacher so I can help grow your children as they mature and advance into 8th grade and beyond. I believe in providing a safe and open learning environment where students can excel at trying new things and not be afraid to fail and learn from it. I have lived here with my three children for 21 years and it is truly a place we call home. We love getting to adventure in the outdoors and explore all that Colorado has to offer.
