Hello!

Please allow me to introduce myself.

I have been a fourth grade teacher at Springs Ranch for several years now and I love it!  I am originally from Oklahoma.  I have two grown children and two grandchildren.  I enjoy baseball, coffee, eating out, Star Wars, LOTR, and all things from Narnia.  We have a Havanese dog that is true to her breed and loves people.  My family enjoys the mountains.  I also love the sand and vacations on the Florida coastline or visiting my kids in Hawaii.  I have been in education most of my life as a student, homeschool mom, tutor, substitute teacher, para, academic coach and volunteer.   I taught in a public school for many years, a charter school and an online school.  I'm a certified professional teacher in three states and have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood and a Master’s as a Reading Specialist.  I enjoy meeting new families and celebrating our community each year.
