Ms. Margaret Ginnetti
Welcome to the 24-25 school year at Bennett Ranch Elementary! I am thrilled to be your child's teacher this year. My name is Maggie Ginnetti. I have been in the field of education for over 20 years. During this time, I have been a director for a large childcare center, a curriculum specialist, a Kindergarten and Third grade teacher, a Montessori teacher and currently still help to run a small respite program for military families outside of teaching at BRES.
I was raised in Tennessee where I attended University of Tennessee to receive my Bachelor's in Social Work and then moved to Hawaii where I received my Master's in Education. I moved to Colorado in 2008 where I began my career in Montessori education and spent over 10 years in this field. I love the hands-on approach and life skills students learn when engaged in a Montessori setting and am thankful for the opportunity to bring a similar approach to education to my classroom setting here at Bennett Ranch Elementary.
A few of my favorite things....
Activity: Spin Class, working out at Orange Theory, hiking as often as possible, and READING!
Food: peanut butter & chocolate anything, Thai food, and pizza!
New things I'm trying out: playing the guitar and piano.....guitar is proving to be quite a challenge....it's a love/hate relationship! My brain loves it, my fingers hate it! Lol
I'm also trying to step up my pickleball game this summer too.
I am looking forward to another amazing year! I am an open door and welcome any questions you might have throughout the year. Education and progress work best when teachers and parents are on the same page. I look forward to working with you to ensure your child gets the best possible education while in my care.
