Hello 7th graders! I am Mrs. George and I will be teaching Social Studies. In our class, we'll explore the history of the Eastern Hemisphere, from ancient civilizations in Africa, China, Egypt, Greece, and Rome through to modern times. We'll examine how these regions evolved over the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, and beyond to understand their impact on today's world.

This will be my first year at Horizon, and I am excited about being a Panther! I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Psychology from The University of Tampa. 4 years ago, my husband and I moved our 3 kids, 7 pets and our lives to Colorado, and I am proud to call The Springs home.
