My name is Ariana Garcia and I am the 7th grade ELA teacher/Speech and Debate Coach/Teacher here at HMS. I graduated from UCCS with my Bachelor's Degree in English with an emphasis in Secondary Education. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Literacy Education from ASU.  I have lived in Colorado Springs for the last seven years. In my free time I enjoy hiking, creative writing, reading, and cooking (I make the world's best mac and cheese).
