Welcome! My name is Trang Austin and this is my first year at Woodmen Hills! I am so excited to be a part of our amazing community. I just know this year is going to be filled with lots of fun and adventures! I can't wait to learn all about you, but in the meantime, here is a little bit about me.

I was born and raised in Louisiana. I attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport, where I majored in Elementary Education. I also received my Masters in Reading Literacy from the same school. After graduating, I moved to Colorado Springs and taught first-grade in D49. First-grade is my favorite grade! 

My husband, Casey, and I have twin daughters, Adalynn and Isabelle. This will also be their first year at WHES as Kindergartners! You will most likely get to see them in our classroom before and after school. They love making new friends and are so excited to meet you!
