Mrs. Lisa Cunningham
My name is Lisa Cunningham and this is my 5th year as a teacher at WHES in the SSN (Significant Support Needs) Program. Working with those who have special needs is my passion and this job is my dream job. I love each student like they are my own and truly cannot imagine doing anything else!
I moved to Colorado 6 years ago from my tiny hometown in Montana. I have four children, three of whom are biologically mine and a bonus son. In our free time we enjoy exploring the outdoors, checking out new fun places around the area or traveling to visit family in Montana or Texas. You can also find me reading or working on some kind of craft project or maybe even a video game.
Our family also loves animals! We have a mini zoo as people like to say, which includes a dog, 2 cats, 3 lizards and now a hedgehog!
I am excited about this 2024-2025 school year and cannot wait to help each student grow!
