Welcome to Ms. Hawkins' 5th grade class page! This will be my 12th year teaching at Woodmen Hills, and I am very excited to be a part of such a wonderful school.  I have been teaching for 16 years, received my Master's Degree in 2010, and my Principal's License in 2020.  I am the proud mom of two teenage sons, Samuel and Isaac.  We enjoy hiking, swimming, playing soccer, and spending time with our Labs, Ranger and Katin.  I was born and raised in Western Kentucky so, of course, I'm an avid Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan!  Go UK!!  Our family moved to Colorado in 2013, and we have fallen in love with this beautiful state that we now call home.

I absolutely love teaching and am excited to be a part of the 5th grade team. I look forward to spending this school year together with you!  Let's make it a memorable one!
