I have had the pleasure of teaching art at all levels from elementary through high school over my time in District 49.  While I greatly enjoyed my time teaching at the high school level, elementary is the age where students connect and interpret their own art in meaningful ways and that is why the bulk of my time has been here at Woodmen Hills Elementary School.  My goal for your students when they come to art it to connect personally with their artwork, whatever that may be!  We are excited to focus on student choice as your child(ren) will also showcase their best/most favorite piece of art at their Student Showcase Nights throughout the school year.
