Hello! My name is Cheng Yu 喻程. I prefer you call me Ms. Ann. I'm so excited to teach Mandarin 1 this year in VRHS!

I was born and raised in China. I have been in education for 15 years. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree of English Literature in China, and Master’s Degree of Early Childhood Education  at Wesleyan College in Georgia. I taught English, Science and Social Studies in China for 11 years before I came to America. I'd love to share my cultures and language with the students. Except learning Chinese language, we will also talk about Chinese history, geography and cultures. Students will have tea ceremony, Chinese music appreciation, kunfu learning, dragon dance, traditional caligraphy, Chinese sports and art experience. We will have tons of FUN!!!
