I am so excited to be teaching English I and English II at Vista Ridge this year! It is my first year here and it has already been such an amazing experience. There is truly no other place I could imagine myself. 

I have always loved being in the classroom, and it’s even better that I get to be in the district that I graduated from. After my high school graduation, I attended Colorado State University - Pueblo, where I wore the Thunderwolf name with pride. I may have lost the thunder, but I’ll always be a wolf! 

Outside of my teaching life, I love to hang out with my friends, read books, and do arts and crafts. My bookshelves are almost constantly overflowing with books that I swear I’ll get time to read eventually. My desk is soon to be overflowing with things like pens and vinyl for my Cricut, but those definitely help a lot with teaching! 

Being able to be a teacher, especially at VRHS, means the absolute world to me. The students, teachers, and admin alike really know how to truly create the best environment. I truly feel honored to be teaching the future of our world.
