This is my 13th year at Vista Ridge High School as a Physical Education Teacher and Certified Athletic Trainer. Growing up I was passionate about athletics, and knew that I wanted to be around that lifestyle.  I continued my athletic career as a gymnast at Utah State University.  I completed my Bachelor of Science in Health Education and continued at Utah State becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer.  I have also earned a Masters of Science in Exercise Science.

Currently teach Athletic Training I & II, Weights, and I am also part of the CTE Department and teach Medical Terminology. 

When I am not at Vista Ridge I enjoy spending time outside.
