I grew up in Colorado Springs where I graduated High School from Harrison High School. Upon graduating High School I attended Western State University where I played football as well as studied Political Science and Criminal Justice. Shortly after completing my Bachelors degree at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS), I went back to school to earn a Master of Education in Special Education. This will be my ninth year teaching and my first at Vista Ridge. I have previously taught at Spring Creek Youth Service Center, Panorama Middle School, and Sierra High School. At Panorama, I was named Teacher of the year for the 2019-2020 school year where I taught math/special education.
