Hello, Vista Families!

My name is Paul Breckon and I teach Freshmen Honors English as well as Junior English (American Literature).  I'm also involved with several athletic teams, band, theater, and Student Council.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my wife and daughters.  My other hobbies are long-distance running, following my favorite sports teams, and reading (of course).  My favorite books include the Harry Potter series, Fight Club, and nonfiction such as A Night to Remember and In Cold Blood.    

I love my job because I get to help students master something they will use every day--the English language!
